Return Policy – Returns & Warranty Cases 🇨🇭

At Rasenkante24.ch, quality, transparency, and fairness are our top priorities. To ensure that your return or warranty request can be processed efficiently, please follow the guidelines below.

1. Complete the return form in full.
2. Register the request before sending the return.
3. After review, you will receive your personal RMA number.
4. Print the form, sign it, and include it in the package.
5. The return shipment must be sent by post. The return label must be downloaded and printed by the customer.
6. After receipt and inspection, refunds are generally processed within up to 15 days.

Important: Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Products must be complete, new (new only), unused, and in perfect condition.
• No installation, soil, or usage marks on lawn edging or snail fence sets.
• Individually cut or specially manufactured products are excluded.
• Returns must be registered within 10 days of receipt.
• We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
• Exchanges are not possible.
• Country / scope of application: Switzerland.
• Restocking fee: 35% of the product price.
• Refund processing: up to 15 days.

We reserve the right to charge a reasonable processing fee to cover administrative costs when handling returns.

The restocking fee particularly applies when a return is made without a defect or when the goods must be inspected, repackaged, and restocked.

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. Document any visible damage to the packaging or goods with photos and report it to us without delay.

Our products come with a statutory warranty of 24 months covering material and manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Weather-related changes
• Improper installation or mechanical damage
• Damage caused by external influences (frost, impacts, improper storage)
• Products without proof of purchase

If no warranty claim exists, we reserve the right to charge the costs of a technical inspection.
