🚚 Which shipping methods are available? ▾

Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein we ship with Swiss Post:

  • Post Priority (fastest delivery)

Our lawn edging, corten steel lawn edging and snail fence complete sets are packaged securely for transport. Larger or heavier orders may be shipped using special freight depending on size and weight.

⏱️ How long does delivery take? ▾

The delivery time depends on product availability.

  • Post Priority: usually 1 business day
📦 What should I do if my delivery does not arrive? ▾
  1. Check the shipment status using your tracking number.
  2. If there is a delay, wait an additional 1–2 business days.
  3. Contact us at support@rasenkante24.ch and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
🛡️ What should I do if my order arrives damaged? ▾
  1. Take photos of the package before opening it.
  2. Document any damaged lawn edging or sets with photos.
  3. Send the images and your order number to support@rasenkante24.ch.

We will review the case as quickly as possible and provide a solution.

🌍 Which countries do you ship to? ▾

Shipping is available within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Delivery is handled by Swiss Post.

The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
