Service
We strive to provide our customers with quality products. Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers, and our goal is to offer excellent service.
Hidden defects must be reported immediately upon discovery via email to shop@rasenkante24.ch along with corresponding images. Of course, the issue can also be reported in person during regular business hours in the store.
Products
We always aim to provide accurate product information (e.g., performance, size, weight, etc.). However, errors may occur due to manual data entry.
Data Protection
We only share personal customer data with third parties that are necessary for processing or payment of the order (e.g., to the post for delivery, to a collection agency in case of non-payment, etc.), for customer information, or for conducting surveys. Our partners delete customer personal data as soon as it is no longer needed and in any case after the legally prescribed maximum retention period. All personal data is treated confidentially.

Minimum Purchase Value
There is no minimum purchase value in our online store as well as in the branches.
Value Added Tax
Value added tax is included in all prices for end consumers.
Prices
The product prices listed before submitting the online order (at the order step “Overview”) are binding, and we cover the packaging costs.
Shipping Costs
Delivery costs vary depending on purchase value and weight (product value excluding delivery costs and discounts) and will be displayed accordingly at checkout.
Products
rasenkante24.ch reserves the right to restrict delivery quantities for specific products and to cancel delivery.
If a product ordered is not available at the time of delivery, it will not be charged or sent later.
Order Confirmation
All orders will be confirmed by us. We send the customer an order confirmation to the provided email address. Should the email address be entered incorrectly by the customer, the confirmation is still valid.
Payment via one of the offered payment options is considered as confirmation of the order by the customer.
The contractual relationship is established by the customer's order and our electronic acceptance of this order. The customer can no longer cancel the order once it has been confirmed by us.
Ownership
The products remain the property of VENDEX AG until full payment has been made.

Payment Methods
Online, current electronic payment methods can be used, and orders can be placed on account.
Purchase on Account with Installment Option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method “Purchase on account” as an external payment service provider. With the individual invoice, you can easily settle your online purchases by invoice. If you forgo payment within the specified timeframe, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.
Upon concluding the sales contract, POWERPAY assumes the claim for payment and processes the respective payment modalities. By purchasing on account, you accept, in addition to our general terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/de/agb). All transfers are to be settled according to the information provided by POWERPAY (invoices) and are not to be transferred to VENDEX AG.
Creditworthiness
We reserve the right to make the delivery of orders dependent on a credit check. By placing their order, customers consent to the retrieval of a credit report.
We reserve the right to make the delivery of orders contingent upon a prepayment or provision of security.
We can cancel or suspend an order if the customer is not creditworthy, has one or more outstanding invoices with us, or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent intent.
Refunds, Credits, Gift Vouchers
If the customer is entitled to refunds or other credits, these will be credited to the customer account and can be used within the legal periods for purchases with us. After this period, the credit will expire.
The purchase of vouchers is only possible without a regular customer discount.
Our vouchers are in no way transferable or auctionable. Only one voucher can be used per order.
Refusal to Accept Orders
If the acceptance of the order is refused, the delivery will be returned to us at our expense. The costs incurred will be fully deducted from the customer's credit balance. This includes shipping, any bank fees for refunds, and an expense compensation of 10%, but a maximum of CHF 30.- owed to VENDEX AG, which will be deducted directly.
Delivery
Delivery Area
Deliveries are limited to the area of Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
After the order has been confirmed by us, the products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of ordering.
Customs / Value Added Tax / Tracking
Each customer is responsible for informing themselves about the currently valid laws in their country before placing an order. VENDEX AG cannot check the current legal situation for each order and delivery country and is not responsible if the respective customs holds / investigates / destroys the delivery. All our products are 100% sellable in Switzerland without any restrictions. Shipping declarations are always filled out correctly and no customer wishes can be accepted.
For orders outside Switzerland, customers are responsible for the value-added tax themselves. As a rule, customs will charge this to the customers. VENDEX AG cannot provide information about the duration of processing by customs and the charges billed. The received tracking number can be used for this purpose. If no delivery has arrived after more than 4 weeks, we can initiate an inquiry through the post office for the customer upon request. This is only possible if the order was placed with a tracking number. Unfortunately, an inquiry is not possible with shipping services without a tracking number.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed on working days and handed over to the Swiss Post for delivery. The delivery period corresponds to the chosen shipping method (Economy / Priority / Saturday delivery).
Timing deviations are possible, especially on peak days with unusually high order volumes, whereby any claims for damages from the customer are excluded.
The customer assumes responsibility for the delivered products, even if these were deposited in their absence in front of their apartment or business door or with a neighbor. We accept no responsibility for lost packages. If the delivery appears incomplete, the customer must notify VENDEX AG within 24 hours of receiving the goods. For complaints with the transport company, only a time window of 7 days from delivery is possible.
Picking Up the Order
Pickup Location
Orders can be picked up at our warehouse in Volketswil during published opening hours after the customer has received a corresponding notification that the order is ready for pickup.
Order Confirmation
After placing the order, the customer will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. This serves as a pickup slip and must either be printed or presented on the customer's mobile phone. Without this pickup slip, the customer's order cannot be handed over. The customer will be asked to additionally confirm their pickup by signing. Any liability for damages arising from the loss or theft of the pickup slip is expressly excluded.
Returns / Right of Withdrawal
For a return or use of the right of withdrawal, it is mandatory to submit a return request via https://rasenkante24.ch in the customer area. Please do not send us any goods without prior contact.
The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer and will not be refunded. The products must be in their original packaging and completely unopened. Otherwise, a return is excluded. Returns are only possible within 10 working days after the purchase.
For returns, the credit may be reduced by up to 25% of the sales value for administrative expenses. The credit will be refunded via the same channel through which the payment was made. For the payment method bank transfer, we need to be informed of the corresponding bank details.
Returns in the warehouse must be initiated using a fully completed form.
Warranty
We grant a warranty period of 3 months on all products and 24 months of manufacturer warranty.
If there is no warranty claim, the buyer bears the costs for any error analysis.
During the repair, there is no right to a replacement / spare parts, etc.
Further warranty claims such as cancellation (reversal of the purchase contract due to defects in the purchased item) and reduction are excluded.
Transferability of Customer Account
The customer account at https://rasenkante24.ch can only be used by its owner.
Outstanding Payments
If the customer does not pay the invoice for an order on time, we reserve the right to block all further orders until the outstanding amount is settled. Naturally, we will pursue any outstanding claims using all legal measures regardless of the amount.
Liability
VENDEX AG is solely liable for direct damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for indirect and negligence-related damages is excluded. In particular, VENDEX AG is not liable for costs arising from the use of defective parts resulting in consequential damages of any kind. Liability for damages resulting from violations of product safety regulations is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Severability Clause
The invalidity or unenforceability of individual provisions of these general terms and conditions does not affect the legal validity of these as a whole. Instead of the invalid provision, the provision that comes closest legally and economically to the original, unenforceable provision shall apply. The same applies in the event that there are gaps in regulation in this agreement.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Only Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction is 8610 Uster, Switzerland.
Amendments / Additions
VENDEX AG expressly reserves the right to adjust or amend these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) at any time according to the circumstances and to apply them immediately.
